About us
Sales & Novais, Lda exists to create, grow and manage a portfolio of technology ventures. Some we founded, some we operate, and some we hold stakes in. All share a focus on well-crafted digital products.
From our base in Portugal we support each venture with strategy, capital and hands-on product and engineering experience, while each one keeps its own identity and team.

Our history
August 2017
Sales & Novais, Lda is founded in Matosinhos. Mosano, the group’s software studio, starts operating the same year.
2020
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mosano builds and launches CovidApp, a civic-tech product created to keep people informed.
2021
Diffuse.TV is launched, bringing digital signage and connected-screen media to the portfolio.
January 2026
Mosano kicks off E-MVP, an R&D project building an all-in-one platform for EV charging and energy optimisation.
March 2026
caidoc launches, applying machine learning to document classification, extraction and validation.
May 2026
IT Picker goes live: an outstaffing and tech talent recruitment company operating across Europe and North America.
